We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Janitorial Associate to join our facilities maintenance team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas.
- Execute janitorial responsibilities in commercial environments with efficiency and professionalism.
- Assist with custodial duties related to industrial cleaning projects as needed.
- Support facilities maintenance activities by addressing minor repairs and reporting larger issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established health standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support general porter responsibilities such as moving supplies or furniture to facilitate cleaning operations.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor buffing, stripping, and polishing.
- Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
- Ability to perform light repairs or assist with maintenance tasks as required.
