Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of an AI-powered Risk Assessment tool within a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) environment. The role involves managing project execution, stakeholder coordination, requirements gathering, testing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GRC system implementation and integration projects.
• Gather and document business/system requirements, workflows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates.
• Support UAT planning, test case development, and validation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience in system implementation/integration projects.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience working with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with GRC platforms and ERP systems.
• Background in risk management or compliance initiatives.
• Experience with Visio or Lucidchart.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $82.00 per hour.
