Job DescriptionSalary: 60-65K DOE

IT Support Technician will have technical responsibility for first line support for the Global IT function with the objective of providing reliable and responsive IT systems and services to facilitate the productivity of IQGeo employees and to protect the security and integrity of IQGeo data.


Key Responsibilities

Internal Help Desk service for IQGeo employees using Jira (Triaging all tickets and escalating as necessary)

User PC configuration, deployment, and support including lifecycle management

Establish and administer user profiles, account creation, distribution lists, security policies, etc.

Provide training and IT orientation for new employees

Maintain system and network documentation (Knowledge base for employees and internal standard operating procedures)

Maintain Office 365 licenses

Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, peripheral equipment, and software.

Work in conjunction with IT peers in other IQGeo entities to provide a seamless global IT infrastructure and responsive user services.

Ensure compliance with ISO27001 including patching and monitoring

Asset tracking (e.g., Reconciliation of IT hardware to finance fixed asset register)


Qualifications & Experience

Technical degree from accredited university or equivalent technical qualifications such as Comptia A+, Network+, MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900 or similar

Experience with Microsoft systems such as Windows 11, and Office 365.

Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Intune, Sharepoint, Teams, Exchange and Entra)

Experience with macOS, Android and iOS

Exposure to mobile device management (Intune)

Demonstrated experience in delivering technical services, interacting with end users, and hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience

Ability to interact with users at all levels

Ability to work on multiple tasks at once

Ability to independently evaluate and prioritize tasks based on impact and severity

Ability to work with colleagues within the IT team to resolve IT issues

Excellent personnel and communication skills

Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills

Flexible & adaptable

Time management, ability to work on your own initiative

Interest in continuous learning and maintaining technical knowledge

This position is based out of our downtown Denver office and the successful candidate will be expected to be working on-site a minimum of 4 days per week.
