Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing CFY
- Strong interest and experience working with pediatric populations
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to children with a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster optimal outcomes for each student
- Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and compliance with district/state/federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
- Provide guidance and support to parents, caregivers, and teaching staff regarding communication strategies
