Job Requirements\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of CVOR nursing or open heart surgical experience
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures and perioperative nursing care
- Ability to work day shifts and participate in on-call coverage
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical skills in a fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities\n

- Provide skilled nursing support in the cardiovascular operating room
- Assist with open heart, cardiac, and CVOR procedures throughout the surgical case
- Prepare the operating room and support the surgical team before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and clinical accuracy at all times
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to deliver high-quality patient care
