Based in Mobile, AL 36608, you’ll be the trusted expert who keeps our cranes running safely and smoothly. From meticulous inspections to precision repairs, your work ensures every lift is performed with confidence.

A Day in the Role

Morning walk-arounds. Midday diagnostics. Afternoon repairs. You’ll move from scheduled maintenance to solving unexpected issues, documenting your work along the way and coordinating closely with teammates to uphold strict safety practices.

What You’ll Tackle

• Conduct scheduled maintenance and detailed inspections on a range of crane types.
• Diagnose performance problems across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Repair and replace worn or defective components to restore optimal function.
• Create and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Work closely with the crew to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Stay current with crane maintenance standards and recommended best practices.
• Offer professional, courteous support to customers and end users as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a crane mechanic or in a closely related role.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Sharp troubleshooting ability and exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel as required.
