Job DescriptionFRONT END MANAGER
(Deli, Front Counter & Scheduling)
$22–$25/hr + Bonus | Full-Time, Year-Round
Run the front of the business.
We’re looking for a strong, experienced operator to take ownership of our deli and front counter.
This role is responsible for:
- Leading shift leaders and team members
- Managing schedules and labor
- Keeping daily operations running smoothly
This is a hands-on management role—you’ll be on the floor, working alongside the team while driving performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForDaily Operations
- Oversee deli and front counter during service
- Ensure fast, accurate, and consistent execution
- Step in during busy periods to support the team
Team Leadership
- Supervise and develop shift leads
- Set expectations and hold team accountable
- Help hire, train, and onboard new employees
Scheduling & Labor
- Build weekly schedules based on business demand
- Manage staffing levels to hit labor targets
- Adjust staffing in real time as needed
Systems & Standards
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and workflow
- Ensure prep, service, and close are executed properly
- Identify inefficiencies and improve processes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in food service or retail operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly reliable and organized
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Able to stay calm and effective under pressure

Compensation & Growth
