Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively follow up with inbound leads to maximize conversion and sales opportunities.
  2. Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations to match clients with their dream homes.
  3. Host engaging open houses to attract prospective buyers and showcase our listings.
  4. Oversee property transactions to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for all parties.
  5. Demonstrate in-depth local knowledge of South Jersey communities (including Cherry Hill, Washington Township, Evesham, Moorestown, and surrounding areas) to confidently address client market questions.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Active New Jersey Real Estate License (Strictly Required).
  2. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory for the right driven candidate.
  3. Tech-savvy with a willingness to embrace new CRM tools and lead platforms.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  5. Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
