NJ Real Estate License Required. Leading Real Estate Company with 27 offices in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. Largest RE/MAX Franchise in New Jersey. In search of a Managing Broker for the Tinton Falls Office. Must hold a Broker's license in New Jersey.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and grow the office
- Actively recruit experienced agents
- Enthusiastically promote the use of our Title, Mortgage, and Insurance Affiliates
- Set goals with your agents and coach them to meet those goals
- Lead by example, conduct your business with the adoption of the company's Mission Statement as a guide
- Promote personal growth and knowledge through attendance at company Masterminds and Training
- Attend leadership meetings
- Promote community involvement
- Coach agents to excel
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement
Qualifications:
- An existing New Jersey Real Estate Broker's License is preferred, or must be willing to obtain one immediately
- Proven Success in Recruiting Real Estate Agents is essential
- A self-starter
- A willingness to learn and stay up to date on market trends and technology
- Proven success in personal Real Estate Sales
- Enjoying Coaching agents in business development
- Technology Savy
