Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing (Third Shift)
Location: Hudson, Ohio
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Pay: $36-$42 per hour

About the Role
We are a growing food manufacturing company in Hudson, OH seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Third Shift operations. This role ensures our production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. If you have strong PLC and equipment troubleshooting experience, we want to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging machinery
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation issues
- Use PLC systems for troubleshooting and basic program adjustments
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment reliability tasks
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
- Accurately document all maintenance activities
- Work closely with production to maintain a safe and efficient operation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred)
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley a plus)
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently on Third Shift
