Night Shift Supervisor - Fabrication

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing night shift operations, ensuring safety, quality and output goals are met with managing staff, equipment and workflow to achieve on-time and quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
- Maintain and improve the execution of assignments
- Coordinate with day shift management to ensure a smooth continuous operation.
- Delegate assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Collaborate with maintenance department to resolve downtime occurrences
- Coordinate, supervisor, train, mentor and evaluate staff
- Conduct necessary coaching and counseling of employees including leading or participating in the progressive disciplinary process
- Review and communicate production status reports.
- Compile report and track production
- Suggest and promote continuous improvement ideas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility, tools, PPE, etc.
- Seve as primary safety leader, enforcing good manufacturing practices and safe habits
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all night shift personnel
Computer Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP system a plus
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Four (4) years plus experience in a manufacturing fabrication environment
- Four (4) years plus experience in a Supervisory or Management position
- Experience working in ISO or regulated manufacturing environments
