Join an innovative engineering team developing advanced repair technologies for complex electromechanical products. This role combines product development, reverse engineering, manufacturing support, and process improvement, giving you the opportunity to take concepts from idea to implementation while solving challenging technical problems.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop new repair solutions from concept through production.
- Reverse-engineer products and create scalable, manufacturable repair methods.
- Design components, tooling, fixtures, and assemblies using SolidWorks and rapid prototyping technologies.
- Improve existing products and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Support complex mechanical and electrical assemblies, including PCBs, cables, connectors, and precision components.
- Lead continuous improvement, DOE, and Lean initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, operations, technicians, and suppliers to implement innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical design and product development experience.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, GD&T, and rapid prototyping.
- Experience with machining, tooling, fixture design, and manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, PCBs, and electromechanical assemblies.
- Experience with design for manufacturability, process improvement, and root-cause problem solving.
- Self-driven engineer who enjoys hands-on work and tackling complex technical challenges.

Work Environment
Fully onsite in a collaborative engineering and manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with technicians and cross-functional teams, seeing your designs move quickly from concept to real-world application.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
