NC RoadBuilders is a locally owned site development company hiring a full time Laborer for projects in and around the Youngsville, North Carolina area. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and ready to build a career and not just punch a clock. No experience is required for the right candidate. We provide on the job training.
What you’ll do
- Assist team members with earthwork, grading, erosion control, drainage, preparation for utilities and paving.
- Move materials, use hand and power tools, keep work areas organized.
- Follow crew lead instructions and jobsite safety practices.
- Work outdoors and help the team meet daily project goals.
What we’re looking for
- At least 18 years old.
- Ready to work, takes pride in a job done right, and wants to build a career.
- Able to perform physical work outdoors in changing weather.
