Job DescriptionLHH has partnered with an amazing law firm in Manhattan Beach, CA looking for an Attorney!

About the Role:

Looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney with a strong background in civil defense and medical malpractice to join the team in a hybrid setting. This position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek The ideal candidate will be California-barred and bring at least five years of litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents including motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.

  • Conduct legal research and prepare law and motion filings.

  • Assist with deposition preparation and strategy.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support case development and resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.

  • Active California Bar license required.

  • Prior experience in medical malpractice defense preferred.

  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Job Details:

  • Hybrid, Mon - Fri

  • Contract to Hire

  • Pay: $70 -$80 per hour

  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.



Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
