Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily operations and supports both customers and staff.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating products, and offering product recommendations.
- Guiding employees, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing grocery store environment.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Assist with restocking shelves, rotating products, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Uphold food safety standards and guidelines in all aspects of work.
- Support Manager in daily tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage employees and drive sales.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store tidy.
- Is organized and reliable
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Knowledge of grocery store operations and products.
