Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, active State Physical Therapist license sanctioned by the Board of Physical Therapy
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred, but not required
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse physical needs
• Deliver direct, hands-on therapy to help students improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and progress reports
• Contribute insights for IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support safe, accessible learning environments and advocate for positive student outcomes
