Your Responsibilities as Team Leader:

  1. Mentor, coach, and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve exceptional productivity and success.
  2. Empower agents to convert leads and close deals through ongoing training and personalized support.
  3. Engage in recruiting new talent and expanding our local market presence.
  4. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and service-focused team culture.

What You Bring to the Table:

  1. A valid Florida Real Estate License over 3 years of successful residential sales experience.
  2. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team management experience within a brokerage or team environment.
  3. A passion for nurturing talent, problem-solving, and driving business growth.
  4. Proficiency with modern technology tools such as CRMs, digital contracts, and listing platforms.
  5. An in-depth understanding of the local market and a desire to become a recognized local expert.
