Duties:

One position: 7a-7p (Saturday / Sunday)
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration and report serious incidents.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Transport residents to appointments, activities, and community outings.

- Document billable service delivery

Skills:
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals who may require assistance.

-Good driving record.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and other staff members.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals such as nurses, social workers, and therapists.

- It's imperative to have good time management skills.
