Parts Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
Location: Farmingdale, NY 11735
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Parts Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for tracking appliance part orders, coordinating with vendors, and supporting customers through phone and email communication. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Parts Coordination
- Track and manage appliance part orders from start to completion
- Expedite shipments and follow up on estimated delivery times (ETAs)
- Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding order status and updates
Customer Service
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and Slack messages
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
