Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the setup of conference rooms, including arranging furniture, configuring audio/visual equipment, and organizing food and beverages according to daily schedules.
• Ensure conference rooms are cleaned and restored after use, including returning any borrowed items to vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen areas and catering spaces to create a detail-oriented environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of catering supplies to ensure availability and proper stocking.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
• Communicate clearly with team members and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with managing vendor relationships related to catering and hospitality services.
• Uphold high standards of service delivery in all hospitality-related tasks and responsibilities.
• At least one year of experience in office services, preferably within catering or hospitality industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and vendors.
• Familiarity with managing inventory and coordinating supplies.
• Knowledge of conference room configurations and audio/visual equipment setup.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards in shared spaces.
• Experience working with vendors and understanding catering processes.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt to changing schedules and needs.
