This dual-role position is responsible for both serving guests and operating the front counter. Team members in this role will take orders, deliver food, handle payments, and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service from start to finish. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally
Take dine-in and to-go orders accurately
Operate the register and process payments
Deliver food and beverages to tables
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of dining and front counter areas
Restock supplies and assist with side work
Communicate effectively with kitchen and management
Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and people skills
Basic math and cash handling skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
