Law firm located in the Westshore business district of Tampa is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position is considered entry level into the legal profession. It is full time; however, the firm is willing to consider P.T. but must be 3 - 4 full days. Centrally located in the Tampa Bay area.
Duties include:
* Answer and routing incoming calls * Setting up new case files including calendaring deadlines and maintaining the firm case list * Light clerical tasks including mailing correspondence & updating pleadings indexes * Scanning/distributing/saving mail to case files * Assisting paralegals with redacting & quality review of nursing home records
This is an insurance defense firm who's practice area is Nursing Home defense. Medical records experience will be helpful along with some scheduling experience. Full benefits are offered. Salary range is $19 - $21/hourly
