 Job Title: Kid to Kid Manager Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Kid to Kid store. The ideal candidate must possess strong computer programming skills, advertising expertise across all digital platforms, inventory management experience, and excellent leadership qualities. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays Utilize computer programming knowledge to optimize store systems and processes Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and implement improvements Proven experience in retail management or a similar role Strong computer skills, including basic programming or scripting knowledge Expertise in digital advertising and marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc. Excellent organizational and inventory management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you meet these qualifications and are passionate about managing a vibrant kids' retail store, we encourage you to apply!
