Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with stylists to optimize client flow.
- Oversee daily salon operations, managing schedules for from desk staff.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for products and services to clients.
- Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain an organized retail space through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issue promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork. Skills
- Proficient in POS systems and basic math for accurate cash handling.
- Experience with scheduling appointments preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with clients.
- Ability to speak to guest about products confidently and knowledgeably.
- Background in retail sales, merchandising, and retail math is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel.
