Full Turnkey Project Management of all jobs and personnel to ensure proper and timely completion. Act as primary liaison between customer and DPI. Work closely with Operations and project team members to establish and meet project needs, deadlines, and budgets.
Functional Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for Corporate Power Division. Revenue generation, cost cutting, etc.
- Customer relationship management & building.
- Scheduling and deployment of Field Service Technicians to conduct jobs within required due dates while concurrently optimizing employee utilization rates.
- Drive operational teams to achieve financial budgets and results.
- Oversight / Management of all day-to-day operations of Field Personnel, Project Coordinators, and Engineering Team members to maximize quality and customer service.
- Job status management at each stage of execution, determine trigger points, keep customers and DPI abreast of status, take actions to overcome roadblocks.
- Coordinate with customer for supplied equipment and manage OMS items.
- Communicate with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure timely materials and equipment receipts.
- Compilation of Service Packages for Tech deployment.
- Provide 2nd - tier technical and logistical support through the Construction Manager to the field service technicians.
- Communicate and coordinate with customer as needs arise and to enhance Customer relationship.
- Ensure employees are working in a safe environment and manner.
- Ensure proper employee evaluation, training, development, and management. Work with engineering to for technical training needs.
- Maintain a highly engaged, motivated, competent workforce.
- Conduct short & long-term resource forecasting and assist in the hiring process.
- Develop and distribute job status reports to customers, work towards improving customer forecasting and job execution processes.
- Collaboration with Operations Team to forecast, report and communicate labor, equipment, materials and logistical needs to ensure jobs are completed within customers requested due dates.
- Proactively identify solutions to meet market demands both short and long term.
- Continuously improve operational efficiencies through resource allocation, logistical planning, process improvement, customer collaboration, etc.
- Collaborate with Engineering & QC Services Leader in the development of and adherence to the technical project standards put forth.
- Facilitate New Customer Integration.
- Identify and present process improvement opportunities.

- MUST have Contractor Electrical License for North Carolina
