The Financial Analyst III partners with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business insights that support strategic decision-making. This role develops financial models, evaluates operational performance, identifies process improvements, and collaborates across departments to improve business efficiency and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the finance partner for Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.
- Develop and deliver reports on operational KPIs, including cost, inventory, freight, labor, and throughput.
- Build financial and operational models for capital investments, network optimization, scenario planning, and business initiatives.
- Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, measure financial impact, and support implementation of business solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting and improve financial visibility.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and executive teams.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to improve financial decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or manufacturing finance.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience developing reports and presenting financial insights to leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics D365, and AI tools for financial analysis is preferred.
