Job Summary: The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing and leading architectural projects, from initial client engagement through design, documentation, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to construction.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and design requirements.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural plans, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
• Provide leadership during client presentations and meetings, ensuring clear communication of design concepts and progress.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and architectural technology.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading complex architectural projects, ideally in large residential buildings.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities.
• A passion for design excellence, sustainability, and innovation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in additional design software (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.).
