Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects.

- You’ll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
- Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
- Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
- Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work
- Thrive in a culture of high expectations, accountability, and collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
- Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
- A Type A personality—organized, proactive, and driven to get things done
- Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
- A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook is required
