LEGAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
Immediate opening for an Office Assistant at a real estate, business and estate planning law firm in Redondo Beach.
Responsibilities To Include:
•Providing general office support – answer phones, copy/scan/fax documents, etc.
•Preparing attorneys for meetings and debriefing them afterwards
•Ordering supplies
•Maintaining file room, storage rooms, conference rooms and kitchen
•Filing documents in client files – paper and electronic
•Handling correspondence, paperwork and emails
•Running office related errands – post office, courthouse, etc.
•Assisting with backup Receptionist and Calendar Manager duties
Skills/Qualities Desired:
•Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
•Excellent organization skills
•Ability to take initiative and work without supervision
•Excellent attention to detail
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
•Excellent communication, phone etiquette and people skills
•Self-starter that is eager to learn and grow with our company
•Take pride in supporting and helping others
•Strong team player
•Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Hourly ($20 – $22), dependent upon experience
