Press Operators, CNC Operators & CNC Machinists – $20–$40/Hour
We are hiring skilled manufacturing professionals for multiple full-time opportunities with established, reputable companies throughout the area.
We are currently seeking:
- Press Operators
- CNC Machine Operators
- CNC Set-Up Operators
- CNC Machinists
- CNC Mill and Lathe Machinists
Compensation: $20–$40 per hour, depending on position, experience, and skill level
Schedule: Full-time; multiple shifts may be available
What Employers Are Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machining experience
- Experience operating presses, CNC mills, or CNC lathes
- CNC set-up, tool-change, and offset-adjustment experience is highly valued
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Understanding of quality standards and safety procedures
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
- Programming experience is a plus for higher-level machinist opportunities
