Job Description
Pay will start at $20 per hour and with skills training and showing proficiency with equipment and following company policies, pay will increase. At this time I am not offering any benefits but that will change as company profits increase. I want to offer a flexible work schedule and pay and need to see what employees are wanting. I am even thinking of a 3 day or 4 day work week and possibly then running two crews a week. I can be creative with the scheduling but an employee needs to honor their word and work safely, yet be productive. At this time, I really don't want to work a regular crew on the weekends.

I have owned my company for 25 years and Sand Lake Tree LLC is trying to expand and the speed of the growth depends on finding the right Team Members and having customers hiring us. Currently, we have the work to justify hiring Team Members.

I need to hire 1 or 2 employees to get work done faster. I am sure I have enough equipment to be able to keep someone busy all year but I will have to start out as a seasonal temporary position and if I find the the right people, the work would be likely to be permanent.

Developing and implementing new company policies and training will probably not be the smoothest process, but that is what the new Team Members and future members will help with. The policies and training is for the benefit of employees and customers. Thank you for your patience in this time of growth, Andrew, owner Sand Lake Tree LLC.

Sand Lake Tree LLC and the company owner does some innovative work, new methods and the equipment used is optimally used and even sometimes newly engineered and built in house. If you are looking for a job where you just sit in a truck or piece of equipment all day, doing the same thing day in and day out, this might not be the job for you.
