A Guest Service Representative is responsible for attending to the needs of guests, especially during the check-in/check-out processes. They must:
Manage online and phone reservations, and provide information about hotel rooms, rates and amenities
Provide information to the guests about the local area, like directions, restaurant recommendations, event info and things to do
Respond to and resolve guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Work with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready to go at check in
Have a customer service mindset
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to multitask
Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
