Move cabinets, not paperwork.

Warehouse work at a growing cabinet distributor in Bolingbrook, IL. We stock two cabinet lines: European style frameless and traditional Shaker. Your job is getting the right product off the rack and onto the right truck, complete and undamaged, so contractors are not standing around a jobsite waiting on us.

You will receive freight and check it against the paperwork, stock it where it belongs, pick and stage orders for the morning routes, and load trucks without putting a scratch on a door. When something is short, damaged, or the wrong finish, you catch it on the floor instead of letting it ride out on the truck.

What you will do

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, SKUs, door styles, and finishes against the paperwork
  • Stock and organize product so both cabinet lines stay accessible and separated
  • Pick, pull, and stage orders for delivery routes and customer pickups
  • Load and unload trucks and containers, protecting boxes, doors, and hardware from damage
  • Flag anything missing, damaged, or wrong before it leaves the building
  • Support cycle counts and keep aisles and staging bays clean and safe

What you bring

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, distribution, or construction materials experience
  • Forklift, pallet jack, and high-reach order picker experience
  • Ability to match order paperwork to product accurately: SKU, door style, finish, size
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and team lift heavier items safely
  • Reliable and punctual. Trucks leave on a schedule

Nice to have

  • Cabinetry, millwork, or building products experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish

Physical requirements

  • Regularly lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and team lift heavier cabinet boxes.
  • Stand and walk on concrete for most of an 8 hour shift, and bend, reach, and climb to access stock.

This is an active warehouse with powered industrial equipment operating nearby. We will discuss reasonable accommodations with any qualified applicant or employee who needs one to perform the essential functions of this job.

Pay and benefits

  • $19.00–$21.00 per hour. This is the range we expect in good faith to pay for this position. Where an offer lands in the range depends on your relevant experience, equipment certifications, and availability
  • Overtime paid at one and one-half times your regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Health Savings Account option with the qualifying medical plan
  • Life insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • Paid time off
  • Paid leave under the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act: up to 40 hours of paid leave per 12-month period, earned at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, usable for any reason with no documentation required
  • Paid bereavement leave, plus unpaid leave under the Illinois Family Bereavement Leave Act
  • Job-protected leave under the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act (VESSA), time off to vote, and jury duty leave
  • Retirement Savings Plan
  • Forklift and equipment certification provided at no cost to you

Schedule and location
