• 5+ years turning wrenches at a real shop.
• Bi-directional scan tool proficiency.
• Drivability, diag, and road-test expertise.
• Own your tools. Hold a driver's license. Show up on time. Be ready to work.
• ASE Certs and Tech School a bonus — but if you’ve got the skills, we care more about production than plaques.
