Inviting applications for the role of Business Process Manager
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Business Process Manager (multiple positions) in New York, NY to be responsible for Driving Enterprise Initiative projects for the client across multiple departments and ensure timely execution of the projects. These Initiatives require skills ranging from project management, process diagnostics, issue escalation, transition/ handover planning, and driving process improvement and efficiencies using Project management, LEAN and Six Sigma tools. This involves Creation and maintenance of the process Project work plan, Keep the Project Initiatives on track, escalating issues and overdue tasks (verbally and in writing) when appropriate, Facilitating meetings, including process design sessions, Creating Process Flows for business segments that are impacted by changing procedures or updates to the existing technology, Create Stakeholder Analysis with impacts of proposed changes to the defined processes, Create a communication plan for the impacted processes to alleviate any gaps in communication, Liaise with the Learning and development team to create training plans for impacted processes Resolve escalated issues, Work with the impacted businesses to create a staffing plan / model to address any staffing needs, Highlight the risks of the project and work with the business and project teams to create a mitigation plan for identified risks (FMEA), Create a transition plan (Handover) for the project team to transfer the changes to the Business seamlessly, Work with the Business to create a continuous improvement plan for the processes to drive further improvement, Mentoring and providing knowledge transfer to client staff and/or new project managers as appropriate in the areas of Lean Six Sigma and Project management, Work with Business development team to develop solutions and business models for clients.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), IT or a related field and 5 years progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degrees equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in New York, NY with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 20-30% of travel required, local mostly and some times in US. $118,227- $124,138 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $118,227- $124,138. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
