Inviting applications for the role of Business Process Consultant
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Business Process Consultant (multiple positions) in New York, NY to understand business vision and translate it into Salesforce solutions. Understand Salesforce, Coveo, Appinium, AEM features and study system capabilities. Manage the data stored on the Salesforce platform, including data integrity. Develop and deploy analytics dashboards and reports for insightful portal performance evaluations. Automate tasks including using Salesforce developers to automate repetitive tasks like creating events, updating records, and communicating. Work with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions. Maintain documentation related to each project, such as user guides and training modules. Groom user stories and work closely with stakeholders. Work with development team to implement those planned features. Participate in Scrum meetings and interact with the team to discuss technical issues. Maintain records of system integrations, changes, and incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional IT staff to streamline solution implementations. Plan, conduct and acquire sign-offs on the UAT.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Any combination of education and experience as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service is also acceptable. Position headquartered in New York, NY with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $139,506 to $146,481 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $139,506 to $146,481. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
