A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced RN leader to join its team as an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) in the Bronx, NY. This is a great opportunity for a strong clinical leader looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

Support daily nursing operations and clinical oversight
</li>
<li>
Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff
</li>
<li>
Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance
</li>
<li>
Support care planning and survey readiness
</li>
<li>
Partner with facility leadership to promote excellent resident care
</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Active NY RN license
</li>
<li>
Skilled nursing experience required
</li>
<li>
Prior nursing leadership experience strongly preferred - Open to strong Unit Managers ready to step up! 
</li>
<li>
Regulatory / compliance experience a major bonus
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
</li>
