B-Level Automotive Technician
Minot, ND
Monday to Friday (Seasonal Saturdays as needed)
- $26–$38/hr flat rate + incentives for ASE and productivity
- Estimated annual earnings: $65,000-$85,000 based on productivity and skill level

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair a broad range of vehicle systems — from brake systems to drivability issues.

Collaborate with service writers and customers to ensure accurate, timely repairs.

Mentor and support entry-level technicians in the shop.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and accurate documentation.

Stay on top of training and certifications — we love techs who are always learning.

Represent the Trusted Tire name with professionalism, quality, and pride.
Key Skills & Tools
-
Proficiency in:
-
Tire Shop, Epicor, Identifix, AutoTextMe (DVI)
-
Use of diagnostic tools and advanced scan tools
-
Advanced electrical diagnosis
-

Strong understanding of:
-
Front-end repair, heating & A/C, manual drivetrains, brake systems, suspension
-

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow your skills.
Experience & Certification Requirements
-
2–4 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair.

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Must be willing to obtain the following ASEs (Training will be provided to help pass the certification):

ASE A3 – Manual Drive Train & Axles

ASE A6 – Electrical Systems
-
ASE A7 – Heating & A/C
-
ASE A8 – Engine Performance

Physical Requirements
-
Must be able to bend, stand, kneel, crouch, lift heavy objects (100+ lbs occasionally), and work in physically demanding conditions.

Must follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
