Responsibilities:
- Install residential cabinetry according to project plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and fit cabinet components to ensure precise, level, and secure installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to complete installations accurately
- Inspect and prep job sites prior to installation, ensuring surfaces and walls are ready
- Install cabinet hardware including hinges, handles, drawer slides, and pulls
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members on job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools (drills, levels, saws, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and installation drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
