Position Title: Project Developer/Coordinator
Location: Jericho, NY (On-Site)

Position Summary:
The Project Developer / Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful execution of cross-functional projects from concept through completion. This role serves as a central point of communication among internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives in the food manufacturing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating project activities and timelines.
- Maintain project schedules and track key milestones.
- Monitor project tasks and follow up with team members regarding deadlines.
- Support project managers with day-to-day project administration.
- Assist in identifying and communicating project issues or delays.
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
- Document meeting notes and track action items.
- Communicate project updates to team members
- Coordinate activities between departments, vendors, suppliers and external partners.
- Maintain project files, reports, and related documentation.
- Prepare status reports and project updates.
- Track project expenses and assist with budget reporting.
- Ensure documentation is organized, accurate, and up to date.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Support contract and document management activities.
- Perform other project-related administrative duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of project coordination, administrative, operations, manufacturing, or related experience. Food experience a plus.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on-site in Long Island, NY, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
