Position Overview

As an Intelligence Analyst with A&M Technologies, you will provide all-source analytical support to national security missions across the DoD and IC. You will analyze complex threat information, identify adversary intent and capabilities, support ongoing operations, and produce high-quality intelligence products that align with IC tradecraft standards and customer requirements.

This role directly supports government decision-makers, operational units, and cybersecurity teams, enhancing situational awareness and strengthening protective postures.


Key Responsibilities

All-Source Intelligence Analysis

  • Conduct all-source analysis leveraging HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, CYBERINT, and technical reporting.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and propose targeted collection strategies to close them.
  • Evaluate adversary capabilities, tactics, vulnerabilities, and courses of action.
  • Produce intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments that adhere to ICD 203 and IC analytic tradecraft standards.

Mission & Operational Support

  • Provide real-time intelligence support to ongoing missions, operational planning, threat response, and national security priorities.
  • Monitor global threat trends, geopolitical developments, and cyber intrusion activity.
  • Support mission partners with predictive analysis, risk assessments, and operational insights.

Analytic Tools & Data Exploitation

  • Utilize government and commercial intelligence tools such as:
    • Palantir / Gotham
    • Analyst Notebook
    • JWICS / SIPR systems
    • Maltego, Mandiant, Splunk, Elastic, Recorded Future (if cyber-focused)
    • GIS, geospatial tools, and data visualization platforms
  • Conduct link analysis, pattern-of-life analysis, and trend modeling.

Reporting & Briefings

  • Draft and deliver intelligence products including threat assessments, IIRs, INs, white papers, daily briefs, and executive summaries.
  • Brief senior leadership, program managers, and mission stakeholders.
  • Maintain auditable documentation per customer requirements and IC compliance standards.

Collaboration & Interagency Support

  • Work closely with government intelligence officers, cybersecurity teams, operational components, and interagency partners.
  • Participate in threat working groups, collection meetings, and operational planning sessions.
  • Provide analytic recommendations that inform policy, mission posture, and security readiness.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Security Studies, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
  • 2–7+ years of intelligence analysis experience, depending on labor category.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience producing IC-standard intelligence products.
  • Strong understanding of IC tradecraft, intelligence disciplines, and the full intelligence cycle.
  • Proficiency with analytic tools, classified systems, and intelligence databases.
  • Excellent written, briefing, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting agencies such as DoD, DIA, NGA, DHS, SOCOM, FBI, or other IC elements.
  • Cyber threat intelligence or insider threat experience supporting defensive cyber missions.
  • Background in targeting, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, or foreign adversary behavior analysis.
  • Familiarity with RMF environments, NIST frameworks, cybersecurity operations, or ServiceNow if supporting cyber/IT missions.
  • Foreign language proficiency for priority regions (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, Farsi, Korean, etc.).
