You’ll be engaged full time, with 35-37.5 hours per week, collaborating with colleagues and families to create individualized education plans and promote student growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching credential (or eligibility)
- Experience in K-12 special education settings, preferably with ESN populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive education
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Employ evidence-based instructional strategies that foster student success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
