The Licensing Program Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact between the licensing team and various departments within the company. This role involves managing client accounts, coordinating post-sales activities, and ensuring seamless client engagement throughout the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and closure of client accounts, ensuring all configurations are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Cancellations and Terminations: Process account cancellations and terminations promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure seamless closure and client satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistics are in place for successful program delivery.
- Onboarding Support: Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the program.
- Contract Management: Review and process contracts in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining accurate records and coordinating renewals or terminations as needed.
- Technical Support: Provide administrative support for internal tools and platforms, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze reports and data to provide insights and support management with ad-hoc operations.
- Spreadsheet Management: Utilize Excel to manage and interpret data, creating reports and dashboards to track program performance.
Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients and internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), CRM systems (Go High Level preferred), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and Google Office Suite.
- Event Administration: Experience in coordinating and executing events, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Client Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
