The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while coordinating appointments, assisting with treatment education, supporting membership sales and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate is confident , organized, personable, sales-oriented and passionateabout wellness and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and answer text messages, emails and online inquiries promptly
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Coordinate telehealth consultations
• Contact new leads within 5-15mins during business hours
• Maintain daily follow-ups until leads convert or opt-out
• Book qualified consultations
