What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly assistance with directions, seating, and event information.
- Monitor entrances and access points to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct security screenings and follow event safety procedures.
- Help manage crowds and keep guest entry and exit areas organized.
- Stay alert to potential safety concerns and respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
- Assist with event setup and other duties to help events run smoothly.
- Work alongside fellow team members to create a positive experience for guests, staff, and event partners.
- Address guest questions or concerns calmly, professionally, and respectfully.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A dependable, professional attitude and a commitment to guest safety.
- The ability to remain alert and stand or walk for extended periods.
- The ability to work well with a team and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or event experience is a plus, but not required unless needed for the assignment.
- Willingness to meet applicable licensing requirements.
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and any other applicable pre-employment requirements.
