Are you a Tax Senior looking for more than just another tax role?

We’re working with a respected public accounting firm in Ocala that is looking for a Tax Senior who wants to take on greater responsibility, build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and develop toward future leadership opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who wants a clear path toward Manager and Partner, with the support, resources, and development opportunities needed to progress.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

Provide tax planning and strategic consulting to a diverse client base

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex engagements

Mentor and support junior team members

Assist with business development, networking, and proposal opportunities

Stay current with tax legislation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

CPA preferred, or actively pursuing the CPA

2–5 years of recent public accounting experience

Strong technical tax knowledge

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Client-focused and collaborative approach
