• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; extra points for technical school background.
• Familiarity with machining processes and equipment is a plus, but eagerness to learn is key.
• Detail-oriented with a steadfast commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Packed with good communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and withstand standing for long durations.
