Our Pittsburgh branch needs a Service Writer to assist the parts department. The ideal Service Writer is professional and detail-oriented. In this position the candidate will: 
<ul>
<li>Opening and organizing work orders for customer equipment</li>
<li>Assisting the Service Manager with fleet organization in operating system </li>
<li>Organizing customer service requests </li>
<li>Assisting with parts sales and inventory </li>
</ul>
Previous service writing experience is preferred.
