Michelman Robinson (MR) is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic Legal Support team in either our Los Angeles or Irvine office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, motivated, and detail oriented professional who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our attorneys across a broad range of litigation matters and contributing to the success of our firm’s clients.
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial.
- Draft, review, and organize discovery documents, pleadings, and trial exhibits.
- Conduct legal and factual research; prepare deposition summaries and case chronologies.
- Manage electronic document systems, maintain case files, and coordinate trial logistics.
- Assist with mediation and arbitration preparation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a midsized law firm.
- Paralegal certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Westlaw/LexisNexis, MS Office, and eDiscovery tools.
- Knowledge of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters a plus.
