Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of systems supporting an automotive OEM’s service-parts and aftersales supply chain.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience across automotive service parts, enterprise systems, and product management, with a solid understanding of how parts move through forecasting, replenishment, ordering, allocation, distribution, invoicing, warranty returns, and claims.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of Product Management / Product Ownership experience
- Strong automotive OEM service parts / aftersales background
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP platforms
- Experience with WMS, DMS, PLM, TMS, or Salesforce integrations
- Knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, inventory, backorders, fulfillment, and reverse logistics
- Experience with parts master data, VIN applicability, supersession, pricing, and lifecycle management
- Strong experience creating roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and managing product backlogs
- Ability to work closely with engineering, supply chain, logistics, finance, warranty, and service teams
